Group Psychotherapy

Group therapy is a fantastic way to learn about yourself and to receive (and give) feedback in the group. A therapeutic group setting is unlike any other social setting you have experienced. It is often the treatment of choice for issues such as social anxiety, anger management, and substance abuse. Expressing your own struggles, while also hearing about the struggles of others and their attempts to cope, can be an illuminating and powerful experience.

A typical group consists of 5 to 8 members and one or two facilitators. Groups typically meet in the evening for 1 ½ hours to 2 hours.
